Termination Policy

Utah Snack Solutions aims to provide reliable, hassle-free service. We understand that business needs change, and our termination policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Ending Service

Either party may end service at any time with 30 days written notice.
Service and stocking will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed.

Immediate Termination

Service may be ended immediately if:

The location becomes unsafe or unsanitary
Equipment is repeatedly damaged, tampered with, or stolen
Placement terms are not followed
Access to the location is restricted
Staff are subjected to harassment or unsafe behavior

Equipment Removal

All machines remain the property of Utah Snack Solutions.
We will coordinate a reasonable time to remove equipment.
The location agrees to provide access for removal.

Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding commissions or agreed payments are due within 15 days of termination.

No Termination Fees

There are no fees to end standard service.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
